| I have used a program called NTI backup to backup my files. However, when I restore them and then try and open them it says "access denied". I am an admin on the PC and this is my c drive so it is not shared - although other parts of the drive are shared. What crazy settings could cause this and how do I fix it. I cannot copy to another drive, burn them to a cd or rename them. I can move them on the same drive. Peter | Guest
