| Hello, the "Windows Explorer has stopped working" problem is very common. Have you installed all latest updates? http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938979 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938194 They may help. Have you done a thorough malware and virus check? Do that if it doesn't help. It's a very tricky error, so it may not be solved in the near future. Have you got a system restore point? Greetings, P.
