Ok, I tried to install TweakUI from Microsoft but it
didn't work (I'm sure I'm doing something wrong). I get
a zipped file, then I unzip and nothing happens. Also,
where do I find the Repair Icons?? Response is
appreciated. Thanks.

You didnt get the Windows XP version. try download this one (direct link)
