Final Fantasy XI on Vista Business 32 bit

For some reason, whenever I try using the config tool on vista for FFXI, it
just ubruptly crashes before it even starts. I click on the icon and then
the "search online for this problem" dialog box pops up. And when I try to
search online, nothing comes up.

Has anyone else experienced problems with the config tool in Vista?
