First Boot Error

Some one please advise:

While booting my XPE build for the first time, I get the
following error.

The instruction at "0x01ba1c7c" refrenced memory
at "0x0000000c". The memory could not be "written".

Click OK to terminate the program.

Error you mention is meaningless.
If it is BSOD you need to say it is, and few first numbers would be good.
Then phase of boot would be good.
If FBA started, some log from it.

Try to see what application it is that causing this.
Or provide us with FBA log.
