flash does not work

i had bought my computer 1 year ago i have xp and i am
running a p4 computer 7-8 months ago i had downloaded the
flash player from the internet 2-3 months ago the flash
player expiret as it was written in E.U.L.A then i
downloaded another one because when i tried to use the
expired flash player the computer freezed off. but when i
tried the same programs on the newer flash player they
were also not working eg: windows xp tour
