Default Folder below the "Progamm Files (x86)" shall become normal folder

I have a folder residing somewhere in the "Progamm Files (x86)" folder.
Often I want to change some data there. I don't want to see all the
administrator stuff when I change the files inside this particular
folder. I'd like to use it like a normally folder like one in the
"Users" folder.

Change the permissions on it to grant your user account, or Users, modify
permissions on the folder. That will get rid of the prompts.
