Folder pictures that will display in "Now Playing" when each song is being playe

I have 368 cd albums recorded to an external harddrive. I
also have 368 corresponding jewel case cover pictures
recorded ot te same hard drive.I Have these picture on
each of the album folders.No problem here.When I add
these folders to the media player library strange things
happen. Some of the pictures remain with their folders
and will disply correctly in "Now Playing" (225 TO be
exact) while some Of them put the pictures on two folders
(143 to be exact). Please Help. Thanks
