forgot adm. password/hint doesn't help...now what? lol

What do you do when you've forgotten your adm. password
and the hint doesn't help. Goes to show, you should never
change passwords when medicated after a hospital visit.
I'm losing my mind and this is my work based computer at
home. I'd appreciate any advice, please send to my aol
