| Try booting into Safe Mode. Restart the computer and hold down the F8 key until you see the Advanced Menu. Select to Start in Safe Mode. Before you reach the Desktop you should see the option to logon as Administrator, Just leave the password blank and press the Enter Key and see if you can get in. Once in you can go to Control Panel->User Accounts and disable or change passwords to your other Administrator account.
