I formated my computer then something came up and
whatever i typed in it said invalid code. So I restarted
my computer and it was done formatting but now it wont
start up, It says insert disk and, i tried the boot disk,
but it wont work, and I tried the Win 98 Start Up CD and
Windows XP PRO. and they wont work either. Does anybody
know how to install Windows XP Pro.? Because I can't
startup my computer to install it, so I need to install
it somehow from the beginning so the computer can load it
because it doesnt have anything installed so it cant load
anything. Does anybody know what to do please help me.

There's a ton of information about this on the Internet. For example:

"Windows XP Clean Install (Interactive Setup)"

just set the bios to boot from cd then insert your XP cd

since your formatting had some type of error, i'd take the option to
format the drive prior to the actual installation of XP

Did you alter the bios settings to read the CDrom drive
first?
