frequent error coming up and shuting down internet explorer

why does a message allways come up saying internet
explorer has encountered a error and needs to close. Then
you have to go all the way backto where you first started.
It also wants you to send an error report.what does
it?,and how can you stop it from happening so often?

Have you sent the error report? If the error is being caused by a known
problem there is often a link provided in the response to the error report
which will enable you to fix the problem.
