Fully written page numbers as running headers

I think this was asked once before. If I remember right, the suggested solution was creating a font that had the words for the numbers, but that would be hard when you got above nine. A data merge might work, or you could use sections and create a new section for each page and type in the words for each given section marker. Of course, if you have the list of the numbers written out, you could just put a little linked text box on the master pages where you want the text to appear on the page and then flow the text through all those little boxes on the actual pages.
