Gecube Radeon 9200SE

The card is installed, and the Device Manager tells me
that everything's functioning normally. BUT (you knew
there was a "but", didn't you??), it won't let the ATI
Control Panel load. It says that the driver is not
installed, or is not functioning properly. I've updated
my BIOS, motherboard driver, device driver, AND my chair.
Personally, I don't think the chair has anything to do
with it, but now I'm more comfortable while I'm not
getting anywhere with it.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated..
