Default GeFORCE FX 5500

I just bought this card, and I realized that when I tried to install it on my
computer, the PCI Slots didn't match the pins from this card. I also saw that
there is an empty slot maybe to add new pins, but where can I get those?

Hello,

It sounds like you bought an AGP video card, and you have a PCI Express
motherboard. If your PCI-X motherboard does not have an AGP slot, you will
need to buy a PCI Express video card.

I looked on NVidia's website for the card you bought, and it looks like the
PCI Express card in the same price range as the one you bought is the
GeForce PCX 5300.

Or he bought an AGP card and has PCI slots.

Also, PCI-Express is PCIe, not PCI-X

Hi all.

I had been absent a few days and I wasn't able to read posts.

I bought an AGP PNY GeFORCE FX 5500. My computer only has slots for PCI,
though, I saw an empty slot that looked as if you could add the AGP reader.
Where can I get that one and how much would it cost?

I don't really know wich one is the motherboard, but here is everything my
computer has

Chipset: Intel® 845GV chipset
Memory: 256MB DDR (PC 2700) Expandable to 2GB
