Getting Juno email client to run in User Accounts that have Privileged User
privileges ...

I was able to do this on my previous Juno installation on this same
computer, but the new configuration does not seem to permit this.

Juno cannot find the necessary mailbox after starting -- forcing one to
quit.
As not all users are using XP / NT or 2000, Juno will probably not fix this
any time soon.
It is set as the default email client, but that configuration change did not
seem to make any difference.
