Getting started guide - updated

Hey,
In light of public beta 2 - I've updated my website "getting started" guide
to help you newbies get on your way to getting Vista installed. Hope it
helps - leave me a comment to let me know what you think of it.

It includes a new section on how to tell whether your ISO is genuine (using
MD5 and CRC values) as well as updated links to getting the download for
public.
