GHANGING THE ROOT OF A DRIVE

Posted: 09-10-2003, 08:22 PM
HOW DO I CHANGE THE ROOT OF A DRIVE? WHEN HOOKING UP
EXTERNAL DEVICES SUCH AS USB MEMORY STICKS OR ZIP DRIVES,
THE ONE THAT'S PLUGGED IN FIRST ALWAYS SHOWS UP AS "F"
AND THE NEXT ONE PLUGGED IN SHOWS UP AS "G" RESPECTFULLY.
I WANT THE DEVICE TO SHOW UP AS THE SAME DRIVE ROOT
EVERYTIME IT'S USED IRREGARDLESS OF WHERE OR IN WHAT
ORDER THE DEVICES ARE PLUGGED IN.

THANKS, B GRIGGS
