Strange....my GeForce 5200 AGP works great with my Compaq TFT8030
LCD monitor with a DVI connection. Did you install the correct drivers
for your ViewSonic LCD monitor?

| I just bought a GeForce 5200 AGP that does not work with
| my Viewsonic VX800 LCD monitor when using the DVI cable.
| Evidently, there was a design flaw (not following
| standardized specifications) in either the monitor or card
| (probably the card). Therefore, be aware that the bugs
| haven't been worked out of the DVI specs yet. Also, max
| resolution with most consumer cards is 1280x1024 using
| DVI. I recommend that you go VGA until this is resolved.

well, no offence, this is some advice, the card is crap. the end..lol it is
over priced for what you get!@ in this case any ATi in that price range
woulf of been far superior to that card! if uhave the receipet, return it!

What is your budget for a card? and what will this system be used for?
