graphics on internet and some video

I am having a major problem with pictures on the internet.
I don't know what happend or how to fix it.

I don't know how to post a screen shot but there is one

Some of my video looks bad also. If I were to save a pic
from the internet and then open it in a viewer it looks
fine. But looking at it in my e-mail or on a web page it
looks like the above. Please help.
