| I try to open a new user in my laptop and HP using AMD Processor running at 64 bits and windows vista ultimate, i get the new user but now in the main account (administrator) when I try to get to C:\ its tell access its dnied and also couldn't open any tool programs from windows. How i could unblock the hard disk? | Guest

| Hello, you could give that a try: What permissions do you have on C:? Right-click the drive, select Properties -> tab "Security", and if you aren't listed, add yourself and give all permissions. If that doesn't work, try taking ownership over C: by clicking "Advanced" -> tab "Owner" -> Edit... . Please report if you had any luck. Greetings, P.
