It takes three "double-clicks" to bring up windows
explorer. Same for some of the desktop folder shortcuts
that I have made. Then OK for the rest of the

session. ie: single dc then works OK. Have re-installed -
no help. First two dc's get me a completely blank desk
top. Using XP Home.

Have to double click three times to get explorer.exe.
