Having trouble uninstalling computer game, and restarting in safem

i don't know why, but when i tried to uninstall Medal of honor aliied assault
because it didn't install correctly it still shows up in the "programs and
feature" as if it's still on the computer...the weird thing is the size, it
says 3.11mb when its installed correctly it has more the 1gb
i've tried to uninstall it many times but its still there

however i would try unistalling it in safemode, but for some reason when i
restart the computer - it's like my keyboard is disabled until it gets to the
point where i can login
if theres another way to restart in safemode let me know
(so if any of you know how to solve both of these problems PLEASE!!! tell me)
