| If you can remember the titles of your questions, you can do a search for them. When you post a question you must tick the 'Notify' box before you click on 'Post'. Then you must wait until the question box clears - don't delete it right away. "inafix" wrote: Quote:

| I am the administrator, but when i try and move or rename a file or folder it asks for permission, then when i click continue it say i need permission to edit, or do what something to this file... i also was looking around and i notice that i have full permission for everything, but why is it not allowing me to change these things. If someone could advice me how to completly gain full access to system, so i may do what i please without the errors coming up. most appreciated thanks | Guest

If he won't listen to reason then take the computer away from him. Look in the manual for the factory restore procedure and restore the computer to the factory setup. This will erase everything on the computer so make sure you have backed up any important data. Once the computer is restored to the factory setup create an administrator for yourself and a standard user for your son. Make sure all administrator accounts use a strong password that is not a word, contains letters, numbers, and punctuation, and is at least eleven characters long (e.g. tbn58$FL!mhg). Look at using the parental controls. http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/win...ental+controls Once again I'll warn you. Restoring the factory setup will erase everything on the computer.
