Help. After upgrading to windows mediaplayer9 now it WON"T burn cd's for me...

everything was fine until I moved up to mediaplayer 9 now it won't burn cd's for me at all so I tried to use easy cd reator 5 with the upgrade and it won't burn them using that either.. what did I do or what can I do?
