Help Computer Keeps Resuming From Sleep at 4:25 AM !!!!!

Well the subject says it all! I put my computer to sleep at night - go to
sleep - then at 4:25 on the dot my computer wakes up - and i shit myself -
and i have to drag my lazy ass out of bed put it to sleep again - and try and
get back to sleep!
What can I do to stop this from happening? - vista take twice as long as xp
to load from shut down and the sleep function is a cool idea and i wanna
still use it

Maybe look at your event log and try and see what activity is taking place at
4:25.

How do i look at the event log?

Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Event Viewer

On the left there are different catagories and on the right there are the
various events. Allthough I just tried to look in mine and it wouldnt let me
see any events. "Access is denied" So you may have the same problem. Hope not
though. More of MS's obsurd security measures.

Well, in the Start Menu, you can type "Event", without the airqutes, in the
search bar, and then click on Event Viewer.
There are several Events Windows Logs and Applicaton and Service Logs, i'm
not sure which of them
you should look through, but i think it's one of them.

You can just leave it alone, it will go back to sleep on its own.
Maybe its some AV client or security app set to update at 4.25 AM

Otherwise you can shut the PC off totally
