HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Computer won't boot

When I try and turn on my computer, it gives me this error:
"Couldn't find file /windows/system32/config/system"
What do I do? I can't find any of the disks that came
with the computer. HELP!!!!!
