[HELP!!!]event 7026: boot canceled

When I turn on the computer, boot goes fine until WinXP-Desktop should
appear. The error-log shows "event 7026" (failed to load boot- or
system-drivers:
Fips
Processor)

I got no clue at all how to resolve this problem (All I know is that
Fips has to do with the partitions)

Thanks for any kind of advice
