help! I deleted over 900 songs

kazaa programs and files, as well as the kazaa my shared folder where all my
songs were located. now windows media player and real one can not locate 95%
of my songs. the folders were sent to the recycling bin where i deleted them
.. how do get the kazaa lite my shared folder back. thanks.
