Hi Tyler :-)

Sorry, but, when posters post here, they must come back to this thread in
this group to get the answers to their questions. Volunteers, such as
myself, who help in these groups do not work from emails. So you will need
to return and check on your posts to see if some one has posted an answer.

Now..a couple of questions....

1) How did you burn the download? Did you burn it as an Image, or did you
copy it?
2) Did you burn it to a CD or a DVD?
3) Are you installing it on a drive, or a partition on a drive?

The ISO that you downloaded is an exact image of the program on a DVD,
therefore, it must be burned to another DVD as an image. If you copy it, it
will not work.

Also, you can install the ISO that you have downloaded to your hard drive by
using a program that will mount the iso for you, and simulate an DVD. The
Daemon Tool is a very good tool for this.

You can download and install it and then follow the instructions for
mounting the iso, and then installing it.

Hope this helps.

Hi, Tyler.

Did you download the 64-bit version of Vista by mistake? It will not
install on a computer that does not have a 64-bit CPU. You will need to
download the 32-bit version of Vista.

The 64-bit version of Vista is often referred to as the "x64" version. But
the 32-bit version is not called "x32"; it's "x86", reflecting the x86
family of CPUs from Intel (8086, 80306, etc.), which runs all 32-bit
versions of Windows, including Vista. The x86 version of Vista will run on
64-bit CPUs, but 32-bit CPUs cannot run Vista x64 (or WinXP x64).

First of all, are you burning the dvd as an ISO file?

Hi Tyler :-)

The ISO that you downloaded is an exact image of the program on a DVD,
therefore, it must be burned to another DVD as an "image". If you just burn
it as a copy it, it will not work.

using a program that will mount the iso for you, and simulate an DVD. The
