Did you check with with Explorer if the game was uninstalled and it justleft the name on the uninstall list, or did it not uninstall at all?

Click your Start button, click Run, type: regeditClick the OK button. When the Registry Editor opens, navigate to the key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Uninstall
Click the + to the left of the Uninstall folder to expand the list, select
the program that's already been uninstalled but still remains in Add or
Remove Programs, right click it, and left click Delete.

Just becasue the link is still there in Add/Remove doesnt mean the apps
hasn't been toasted.
