HELP ME UNLOCK!!!

I'm looking for the windows xp equivalent of the feature
in 2000 where you can go into the advanced section of the
user accounts options and untick the box saying 'account
is locked out' there are entries for 'user must change
password next log-on' and so on.... I can't believe this
isn't avail;able in XP? When I go into users accounts in
control pannel, I just have the option to enable the
guest account and change the admin account, but the
others are missing, even thogh the profiles are still
there
