Help me with dumps...please!

Posted: 07-17-2003, 09:04 PM
In WinXP Pro, I have recently received the following
error in the event log with no apparent effect:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x0000000a (0xffa88000, 0x00000002, 0x00000000,
0x8050e1e4). A dump was saved in:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini071703-16.dmp.

The system also reports that it had recovered from a
serious error at all boots. I don't have the dumpchk and
the pstat utilities, so I'm at a loss. I do not notice
any changes in the system or hardware at all. Is there
anything I can do to help resolve this issue and move
on? Any help that I could get would be much
appreciated. Thank you very much for your time.
