Help, music files mixed up after defrag.

Hi,
I did a system defrag the other day, and now all my music
files are mixed up!
The title showing for the song is NOT what it is. So, a
file showing as song "A" is actually song "Y", and so on.
Tried a system restore, but no change in the files.
I have over 200 music files and trying to clean these up
manually will be hell.
Any suggestions?
