Are you trying to do it at the command prompt or from Windows Explorer?

It is the same as 98

Open Search > All files and Folders. Type the name of the destination
folder. It will take a little time and you may get several results but this
has the computer doing the locating. In the Folder column is the path for
each; find the one you want and then double click the desired item on the
left to open it.

Much of the methodology of using a computer has not changed from Win95. Do
it the same way as you use to
