Help please

First of all sorry if this not the right place for my question, but I have
the following problem.
Recently I left WIN98 to XP, and this OS does not accept the drivers of my
Sidewinder joystick. I did not find anything on MS site. Can any of you help
me?

My sisters computer wont work and I am and if you can
help is her only hope. When she turns computer on and
signs onto her name it says " Utils.dll was not found, re-
install this program"..How can i find it so she can
reinstall it???

.dll stands for dymanic library and every program has
them. This is one that has to do with a utility.... maybe
her antivirus program? You might try reinstalling that
one, or just go down the line of all her programs and try
a reinstall till you find the one that needs it.
