HELP PLEASE I keep getting error 732 with VPN for work

All,

I'm looking for some help with VPN logins has anyone else encountered this.
ERROR 732 your computer and the remote computer could not agree on PPP
control protocols

everytime I try to log on to work, I have checked my XP Laptop and the PPP
protocols are the same I have went thru page by page and matched everything
up still to no luck can someone help
