Help: System Restore not working

Hello:

I need to do a restore top some point prior to the 19 of
this month.

When I try to run the system restore wizard, two dates
appear in this months calendar, the 20 and 23 of this
month. It will not allow me to go back to the previous
month.

Am I hosed, or is something not working?

i am sorry unfortunately i cannot answer your question
but i am hoping that you may be able answer mine, i
cannot work out how to access system restore wizard,
