Help with IE7

Posted: 09-24-2006, 04:09 PM
I am running a dual boot XP and Vista Home Premium RC1. Using Vista and IE7
it appears I can only access certain web sites. I get the message that
Internet Explorer cannot display the web page. I am assuming this to be a
DNS problem. What I don't understand is why some and not others. Also, it
appears IE7 is running very slow compared to IE7 on XP. This was not a
problem running Beta 2. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Please try running the following command from an elevated command prompt.

netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled

Thanks Tom -
That solution appeared to work for me. I have also been plagued with the
same problem as Charlie which had prompted me to switch to Firefox. Several
previously
" non-accessible " sites are now available with IE7.
