Hercules Game Theater XP 7.1

Posted: 06-13-2006, 11:50 PM
I installed the latest WinXP drivers for this soundcard. Vista tells me it is
not certified, but I tell it to load the drivers anyway.

Once I reboot, just as the desktop is being prepared, i get the blue screen
with PFN_table corrupt as the stop error.

I relize it is a little earlier to expect working drivers from many hardware
companies. But if anyone has had any luck with their GTXP, please let me know.

Thanks,

Rick

it at least.

In your other thread, you also note that you have the Hercules Gamesurround
Fortissimo 7.1, not the gametheatre as the problem specified.

I did try the driver regardless, to no avail.

This family of cards dates from 2001. If you haven't found drivers for
Vista x64 on the Hercules website you aren't going to find them anywhere.
Period.
