hidden driver device cdant problem

I have been having problems with my pc restarting, the
error message says a driver device error, but all drivers
are working ok but in the hidden driver devices the Non
Plug and Play drivers(in systems properties,hardware,
device manager) driver cdant has an error code 24, i am
unable to fix, update or uninstall the driver. There is
no info about the driver except the service and display
names are cdant, the status is stopped but the device
usages is enabled. I am presuming that this is the
problem of the shut down and restarting of my pc, but who
knows! I hope if your reading this that you do ;-)
