You mean the PC you want to remotely connect to is connected to the internet
with a high speed wireless connection, ie. a WISP? If so does the WISP
provide a modem or router that needs to be configured to allow TCP Port 3389
traffic incoming to the PC? One way to test to see if TCP Port 3389 is open
is to go to the http://www.canyouseeme.org site while logged on the PC you
want to remotely access/connect to.
