How can I enable users to modify TCP/IP properties

Posted: 10-06-2003, 12:24 PM
Hi,

I would like to allow concrete login account to make changes in the TCP/IP
properties window in Local Area Connection (user ought to be able to alter:
IP address, Subnet mask, Default gateway, Preferred and Alternate DNS
server, Advanced section, and so on). That login account has USER privileges
on the local machine. Other users should not be allowed to make this
changes.

If you have any idea, please respond.

Regards,
Konrad Rusz

You can add users to the network configuration operators group on XP to allow non
administrators to configure many networking properties. --- Steve
