How can I unistall PC Virus Protector when it won't uninstall?

I originally installed the deluxe entire package, forgetting that I had
windows defender already installed. Now the computer (OS win vista prem 32
bit) I am unable to turn off win defender and the pc deluxe will not
uninstall under either option; control screen unistall or program option
uninstall. I "changed" installation features to only function the virus
software portion; Now, I am getting the "blue screen GATHERING INFO FOR
EMERGENCY CRASH" and then it's down.

8 times in last 5 days. Lost the 2nd drive. at a total loss. Can anyone
help me?

You will need to go to the program authors web site for info on how to
remove it.

Also, you might want to check that it is not being run at the point where
you start the uninstall procedure..
