| My dad bought a used computer from a pawn shop. It is a Dell with XP. It apparently is NOT a genuine legal copy of Windows XP, because it did not pass the authenticity test. My dad cannot get windows updates as a result. Is there anyone at Microsoft I can talk to? What number can I call? Is there anything I can do? Thanks. | Guest
