Default How do I change the colours of window title bars?

When any of my apps are not full screen, the title bars are the really nice
Vista Aero graphics, but whenever they are 'maximised', the bars are a
horrible solid dark grey colur.
How can I change this?
Thanks

That cannot be changed. It is by design.

Are you saying that this horrible solid colour cannot be changed?

You can change the colour aero uses personalise desktop settings - areo and
then select another colour - opacity etc not too sure if this is what you are
looking for,

I think he was describing the black (or slate, can't really tell) border of
a fully maximized window.

Supposedly, Microsoft claims that it's not transparent to prevent people
from getting eye-strain, but what good is the bright white on most windows
doing then? I personally think they don't feel like messing with making it
transparent when maximized.

Have you ever worked with Baboons? They are exceptionally smart.
