how do I close Microsoft Windows XP Power options and open up Toshiba power options?

Default how do I close Microsoft Windows XP Power options and open up Toshiba power options?

Do you have the Toshiba extensions installed? If you don't, you won't see any Toshiba options. That said, the settings should work together... it would be helpful to know what settings you are trying to change.
