How do I get the Akamai DLM?

I've tried and tried to download with the Akamai download link.

As far as I can tell, I'm not linking to the DLM. Instead, I get the
regular download box. --I tested it by stoping and trying to restart. It
wouldn't, without starting over.

When I click on the DLM button, there is no indication at all that I'm going
through Akamai. Doing a "find" for Akamai on my system, came up with
nothing found.

Where, how do I get the free Akamai DLM? My OS is Windows 98 SE.
