How do I open Quicken in an account that's not the administrator?

Default How do I open Quicken in an account that's not the administrator?

I have Vista Home Premium, and Quicken 2003. It opens fine in the admin
account but I can't get it to run in my wife's account.

I added Quickbooks and have access with both users.
Already missing XP
