how do i take a multi page single file & makeit single page single files?

Using IDcs2 I've always built in single pages on a single file in the past. If I were to build a multi paged file with text running on from page to page and my print provider wants to receive PDF files as 1 page per file, how would I do this?
Can't seem to find this answer in Help, but I'm sure it must be a simple automated process.
Anyone?
